Chad grew up in Syracuse, New York where he developed his passion for hunting and fishing from the experiences shared with his parents. He is the proud father to Lily, CJ and Taylor and has a deep passion to pass along the skills and lessons he has learned to his kids and those around him.
Chad attended college at Butte College in California where he played baseball and received a AS Degree in Liberal Arts. He then transferred back to the east coast on a scholarship to Greensboro College where he studied Sports & Exercise Science. As a Captain on the baseball team he lead the Pride to a Dixie Conference Championship, an NCAA birth, along with All-Conference Honors and ultimately an induction in the Greensboro College Athletic Hall of Fame.
Chad started his career in tech sales before becoming an entrepreneur and growing Cost Reduction Specialists Inc. CRS is a consulting company that helps businesses cut costs and increase profit margins. Chad met Chase through contacts who introduced them for their similar passion for the outdoors, and almost 20 years later they are still going on hunting and fishing adventures together.
Now Chad spends his time traveling between properties in the US and Canada, spending as much time with his kids as possible. Throughout his travels, Chad has been very successful in the woods and waters across North America. Now what he enjoys most is sharing those experiences with others and teaching the techniques he has learned for many species throughout the US and Canada.
Now he is excited to partner with The Longbow Foundation to support our veterans in a unique experience and help show the tranquility, comradery, and peace that the outdoors has to offer.
